Inception of our vision

Aishwarya Healthcare was born from a vision to provide quality healthcare products to the masses. Our Chairman, Neeraj Kumar Nir, saw a tremendous opportunity in the intravenous (IV) industry to offer top-quality manufacturing using state-of-the-art technology. This inspired the first steps of our journey, beginning with the production of small volume parenterals (injections of 100 ml or less).

Understanding that growth required expansion, we soon broadened our scope to include large volume parenterals (injections of more than 100 ml), positioning ourselves as a key player in the IVF market, valued at approximately Rs 3,000 crore.

We embraced Blow Fill Seal (BFS) technology, a cutting-edge method where bottles are formed, filled, and sealed in a continuous, human-free process. This ensures the highest quality standards, critical in producing life-saving IVF products.

Our commitment to quality is unwavering. With six BFS machines, each worth around Rs 25 crore, we are continually enhancing our production capabilities to become the leading IVF manufacturer in the country. Our four specialized manufacturing units, each dedicated to different pharmaceutical products, reflect our meticulous approach. We currently operate 30 production lines, creating around 900 products, including IVF solutions, eye drops, cough syrups, tablets, capsules, and ointments.

Our products are trusted by prestigious institutions, including the armed forces and government hospitals across various states. We proudly supply to Command Hospital in Leh and have a strong presence in states like Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.

In 2013, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring Celebrity Biopharma Pvt. Ltd., enhancing our ability to produce a wide range of finished formulations. Our journey continued with the launch of 'Global Beauty Secrets' in 2018, a personal care brand, and 'Super Specialty DIvision,' aimed at the critical care segment in healthcare institutions.

As India's healthcare market evolves, we see a bright future for Aishwarya Healthcare. Our goal is to increase IVF production by investing in more BFS technology and to expand our export footprint from 15% to 25% of our total production.
